Refund policy

Returns on coffee are not allowed due to safety concerns, if your order has been fulfilled wrong or was damaged please let us know send us your order number so we can get it corrected as quickly as possible.

Returns on other items such as accessories or merch will be accepted within 30 days as long as the product is in its original unused condition. If an item is damaged we will issue a refund or replacement once the return has been received.
